The former CEO, Dr. Gerald Waterson of Chestertown, Md, has been elevated to Chairman of the Board of Directors.
In making the announcement, Dr. Waterson cited Mr. Benson's long experience in the communications field and his exceptional duties at the Corporation. in his capacity as Chief Information Officer.
