HOLLYWOOD, CA (RUSHPRNEWS) August 7, 2007— Actress Lindsay Lohan has entered an alcohol rehabilitation center for the third time this year following her arrest last month for cocaine and drunk-driving, but may have to leave in about two weeks.

Lohan faces a court hearing on August 24 over the two cases against her, a DUI from July and the cocaine possession/DUI last month. The 30-day rehab is in Utah, meaning she will have to take leave to attend court in Los Angeles. Her attorneys can press for a continuance, but since she already stalled her legal proceedings the last time in rehab after her first arrest, it would be questioned. And in the post-Paris era, celebrities are well-advised to tread lightly with judges.
The out-of-town rehab is a good idea according to observers since she quickly relapsed after a 45-stint at a local rehab, Promises in Malibu, where paparazzi camped out.
Lohan, 21, has checked into the Cirque Lodge drug and alcohol treatment center in Utah for an intensive 30-day program, TV show “The Insider” reported.
The actress arrived at the facility over the weekend, “The Insider” reported, citing sources within the facility. Lohan’s representative Leslie Sloan was not immediately available to comment.
Lohan, the star of “Georgia Rule” and “Herbie Fully Loaded,” was arrested in California for drunk-driving and drug charges on July 24, just days after completing a stint in rehab following an arrest in May on similar charges.
In January she was treated at the Wonderland Center in Los Angeles after reportedly being found passed out in a hotel corridor following the Golden Globes awards in Beverly Hills.
She later enrolled at the Promises center in Malibu after her May 26 arrest for drunk-driving and drug possession.
