Carl Olivieri Resigns as Chairman & CEO of Global Triad Inc.

MCKINNEY, TX (RUSHPRNEWS)- September 29, 2007 -- Soul to Sole Ventures, Inc. announces that Carl Olivieri has resigned his position as Chaiman and CEO of Global Triad, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GBTD). Included in his resignation, Mr. Olivieri also terminated his position as an Officer and Director of Global Triad effective immediately as well as the agreement that would have merged Soul to Sole Ventures, Inc. and Global Triad, Inc.

The reason for the termination of the agreement was for failure to complete the merger within the specified time frame and that Soul to Sole Ventures, Inc.'s board members having expressed their desire to continue expanding Soul to Sole Ventures' business model.

Mr. Olivieri also stated in his resignation that he wished the best for the GBTD and its employees. Should there be some possible synergistic business opportunity in the future, he would welcome that opportunity.
