SHA STIMULI DROPPED NEW MIXTAPE "HOTTER THAN JULY"

Brooklyn Rapper Sha Stimuli & DJ Victorious Released A Stevie Wonder Tribute Mixtape

New York, NY - August 11, 2008 - In today's music industry, half of the Hip-Hop scene has gone commercial while the other half is grinding hard to get on the radar.

One of the independent artists who is working harder and is hungrier than his competition goes by the name of Sha Stimuli. The Brooklyn MC is a breathe of fresh air and when he spits his bars your head will automatically bang to the beat of his crazy flow.

Most recently, Sha Stimuli joined forces with DJ Victorious to bring you an incredible mixtape titled "Hotter Than July". This set is a tribute mixtape to the one and only Stevie Wonder and offers 15 banging joints! Sha offers tight lyrical content on every single track and shows you why he is the next to blow.

Stimuli explained why he is a Stevie Wonder fan and why he released a mixtape to honor the legendary singer. "I'm a fan of Stevie's music and I've always been inspired by it. This was something I attempted before but I couldn't find the producers to pull it off. This time around it came together fast with the help of producer Clams Casino. My true motivation was real simple, I get asked in interviews all the time about the state of Hip-Hop and I'm asked about how I'm going to stand out as a rapper. People talk about New York falling off and all of these questions surrounding region and the lack of good product out there. I wanted to show people that I'm not just a rapper and I'm not just inspired by rap. I wanted to do a CD that was real music, Stevie's music combined with my vision (no pun intended) in an attempt to touch topics that I wouldn't have been able to touch on a regular mixtape. I was going outside the box and above a category. And I figure why not dedicate a CD to someone while they're still alive. DJ Victorious produced some of the music and put it together.
