Lil Wayne Announces North America Tour Dates

New York(RushPRnews)11.24.08-Multi-platinum rapper Lil Wayne has announced the tour dates of his upcoming North America Tour in support of his latest blockbuster album Tha Carter III that sold more than 1 million copies in its first week.

The tour will kick off on December 6 in Rochester, New York as a re-scheduling date for his previously-postponed concert on October 26 at Blue Cross Arena and will end in Virginia in early 2009.

Some gigs will feature guest appearances from T-Pain, Keyshia Cole, Gym Class Heroes and Keri Hilson.

December 14, 2008 - American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida

December 18, 2008 - Toyota Center in Houston, Texas

December 19, 2008 - American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas

December 21, 2008 - Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal CityWalk Universal City, California

December 23, 2008 - ORACLE Arena in Oakland, California

December 26, 2008 - Joe Louis Arena in Detroit, Michigan

December 27, 2008 - United Center/WGCI Big Jam in Chicago, Illinois

December 28, 2008 - Susquehanna Bank Center/Power 99 HollaDay Jam in Camden, New Jersey

December 29, 2008 - Greensboro Coliseum Complex in Greensboro, North Calrolina

December 30, 2008 - Verizon Center in Washington, DC

December 31, 2008 - Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia

January 02, 2009 - Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte, North Carolina

January 03, 2009 - Hampton Coliseum in Hampton, Virginia
