Alaska Governor Sarah Palin Prepares to Tell Her Story With The Help of Obama and Clintons' Book Agent
by staff writer
NEW YORK (RushPRnews) 01/23/09 - Sarah Palin is ready to dish the dirt. Expect a bestseller and the talk of the political world, as the future presidential contender from Alaska tells all. Well, almost all.
With Washington attorney Robert Barnett, a top literary agent backing her bid to ink a profitable book contract with a major publishing house in New York, the former Republican vice presidential candidate has her eyes on some good PR and media opportunities to explain and push her conservative agenda.
Barnett, who is known for brokering book deals for heavy-hitters democrats such as President Barack Obama, former President Bill Clinton and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, may be part of Palin's groundwork for her next presidential bid. Bloggers are already talking about it nationwide.
Palin, who is halfway through her first term as Alaska's governor, might go for a second term as governor, or she might opt for a new career as a talk show host, TV personality, political talking head of the Republican, born-again persuasion -- and bestselling author with her eyes set on being the top leader of the USA in future days, according to sources.
Since her sudden rise to stardom after being picked in late August as U.S. Sen. John McCain's running mate, Palin has been mentioned as a possible 2012 presidential candidate. Impossible? In America, nothing is impossible, as the election of President Barack Obama proves.
At presstime, the Alaska governor's press office had not respond to an email from RushPRnews seeking comment.
What will the book be titled? "An Alaskan Pit Bull"? It has possibilities.
