SUNNYVALE, Calif., (RPRN) Mar 31, 2009 -- Yahoo! Inc. (Nasdaq:YHOO) announced that it will hold its 2009 annual meeting of stockholders on Thursday, June 25, 2009 at 10:00am PT / 1:00pm ET. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 27, 2009 will be entitled to vote at the annual meeting.
