Yahoo! Inc. Annual Meeting of Stockholders - Information for News Media

SUNNYVALE, Calif., (RPRN) Jun 18, 2009 -- Yahoo! Inc. (Nasdaq:YHOO) will hold its 2009 annual meeting of stockholders on Thursday, June 25, 2009 at 10:00am PT / 1:00pm ET at the Santa Clara Marriott, located at 2700 Mission College Boulevard in Santa Clara, California. The meeting will be webcast via Yahoo's investor relations website: http://yhoo.client.shareholder.com/events.cfm?CalendarID=4
Accredited members of the news media are welcome to attend Yahoo! Inc.'s annual meeting of stockholders, provided they have been granted credentials and adhere to the rules of conduct outlined below. Please keep in mind that this is a business meeting for Yahoo! Inc. stockholders, our board and management.

To Request Media Credentials:
Please send an email with your name, title, media organization, and contact information to Ruby Lopez of Yahoo! Inc. Corporate Communications at rubyl@yahoo-inc.com. All requests must be received by 5:00 p.m. PDT on Monday, June 22. Yahoo! Corporate Communications will notify you within 2 business days of your application to confirm approval.

Media credentials will be available for pick-up at the meeting location June 25 at 9:00 a.m., one hour before the meeting begins. Credentialed media representatives will be required to show a photo ID at check-in.

RULES OF CONDUCT FOR CREDENTIALED MEDIA

1. No photography, or audio or video recording, will be permitted in the meeting room.
2. A designated press seating area will be provided for credentialed media. You must remain seated in the designated press area during the meeting.
3. Only Yahoo! Inc. stockholders will be permitted to ask questions during the Q+A portion of the meeting.
4. Credentialed media must wear their attendee badge in a visible location (e.g., on chest) at all times.
Media attendees who do not adhere to these rules of conduct will have their credentials revoked and will be asked to leave the meeting immediately.
