SAN FRANCISCO, CA (RPRN) 09/18/09 — By Phil Jeudy
AlwaysOn organized three days of conference dedicated to CleanTech industry, covering different business (Water markets, Solar Markets, Bio Markets...), Financing, Marketing and providing showcases of companies, bringing them together with the common goal of doing "clean business". Definitely, a green industry, in need of maturing, the Green Revolution remains in its infancy staget, and it appears that the Green industries need more than 5 to 10 years to develop and bring products to a market... still an opportunistic field. On the other hand, some dynamic cities like San Jose (here Chuck Reed, Mayor of San Jose) are putting many efforts to make things happening (as well for green initiatives than helping entrepreneurship).
Seven hundred greentechies attended, ranging from CEOs to researchers and venture capitalists. To be followed!
