HALIFAX, NS (RPRN) 09/18/09 — KWA PARTNERS ANNOUNCES NEW LOCATION, NEW LEADER, AT ITS ATLANTIC CANADA OFFICE

- KWA Partners, a national career management firm, announced changes to its Atlantic Canada office today, including a move to new space and the addition of a new practice leader. Sue Rosson, the former Managing Partner with Murray Axmith and KWA Partners, and a senior human resource professional with experience in the public and private sectors, will lead the team out of Halifax. In addition, the company is moving to new, upscale offices at 1801 Hollis Street in the heart of downtown Halifax.

Her leadership capabilities and sincere dedication to clients were truly missed in her absence – She’s a home-grown talent with an outstanding reputation in this market.” says Rob Notman, Chair of the Board for KWA Partners Canada. “Our move to the Hollis Street location will allow us to better service our clients in a space that is ideal for the kind of personalized career transition services that we provide our clients,” added Notman.

Before Sue and her partners started their own consulting business, Rosson Johnson & Gordon, she worked for 15 years in the career transition business and several years in the role of Managing Partner. During her career, she has worked with senior management in government, healthcare, the financial industry, not-for-profit and telecommunications. She has led major restructuring projects, strategic planning and team development

“I’m really happy to be coming back to KWA Partners and to be able to bring my entire team of professionals with me,” says Rosson. “They (KWA Partners) have a real commitment to personalized service and programs that focus on one-to-one counselling,” she says. Rosson’s appointment is effective immediately.
