As the masses rush to catch a final glimpse of the King of Pop in THIS IS IT, we’ve learned that fans can take home a special piece of MJ this weekend. In conjunction with the national release of Michael Jackson’s documentary, moviegoers will receive a certificate for the Officially Licensed and Jackson Estate Approved MJ Commemorative Coin.
The campaign, giving fans a chance to honorthe pop icon, launches at theatres in the Top 10 U.S. Markets starting this Friday, October 30th at all THIS IS IT showings and runs through December. For each ticket purchased at the box office, the purchaser will receive a certificate directing them to the official website where they will have the exclusive opportunity to collect a piece of history.
