Kahzam (KHZM) Releases FY ‘09 10-K

Boca Raton, FL (RPRN) 11/18/09 —  Kahzam (OTCBB: KHZM.OB) (http://www.kahzam.com/) – an emerging leader in the fast-growing web-based platform developer for associations and affinity groups market – has issued its 10-K for the FY ending August 31, 2009, according to J. “Kahzam is building a comprehensive platform of next-generation online search and portal services, targeted for the $33 billion Association and Affinity Group market,” Bradley said in releasing the 10K. “Our innovative, market-leading platform features fully integrated multimedia content, social networking, e-commerce and advertising that can be customized to meet the diverse needs of individual Associations, Affinity Groups and other similar organizations, as well as their millions of individual members. 

“By doing so,” Bradley explained, “Kahzam will meet associations’ two greatest needs – enhancing member services without raising dues, and generating additional revenue, again without raising dues.” 

The Kahzam 10-K noted that “there are nearly 1.8 million Associations and association-like, membership-driven organizations,” in the US market, which “generate more than $33 billion in revenue … and hold more than $50 billion in assets …Based on market growth and demand analysis, Kahzam expects to secure a minimum of 80-100 association clients by the end of 2010 and 200-300 clients in 2011, and to expand to 400-600 affinity groups by the end of 2012.”

To accomplish this market penetration, Kahzam has developed a package of web-based Social Networking and Portal services to be offered to business and trade associations, not-for-profit foundations, social and charitable non-profits and other groups needing continued support and goodwill from members or close-knit networks of donors. 

Kahzam is currently beta-piloting its proprietary portal, search engine and closed-panel Social Networking services in final preparation for a formal program launch early in 2010.
