Mountain View (RPRN) 12/21/09 — Citing a particularly difficult year for charity organisations, the hardest in decades, Google has committed to giving 20 million dollars this year. This announcement was sent earlier on December 21 to its users, and will replace the annual gift of credit to adsense and adwords.“Because charities are experiencing their toughest year in decades, we have committed $20 million to helping those who help us all," states Google, " Our gift to you is a gift to them."
