Diligence International Appoints Beebe as Senior Claims Specialist, Selby as Executive Assistant/Marketing Coordinator

ADDISON, TX (RPRN) 02/02/11 — Diligence International, a leading provider of global investigative services, today announced that it has named Robin Beebe its new senior claims specialist and Jennifer Selby its executive assistant and marketing coordinator. The two new employees join the rapidly growing investigative firm as it meets increased demand from clients.

Reporting directly to Richard Marquez, CFE, the president of Diligence International, Beebe will have direct responsibility for managing client relationships, overseeing ongoing investigations around the world, and communicating frequently with clients.

Beebe brings a strong customer relationship and service focus to the newly created position with Diligence. She also possesses a strong background in the insurance industry – a key segment for the company. Working with companies such as Prudential Insurance, Tennant Co., and Holmberg Co., Beebe developed and refined her customer service skills and ability to strengthen customer loyalty.  

In her dual capacity, Selby will leverage her administrative and organizational skills as well as her creative talents to support the firm’s operations and promote its wide range of investigative services to clients and prospective clients. Previously, Selby held a series of positions in education and administration roles where she taught, managed operations, and handled finances for private schools. At Diligence, Selby will provide assistance to Marquez and will also lead the execution of various marketing functions including lead generation, public relations, and other promotional activities.
