Saudi Readymix Participates In University Career Day

Dammam, Saudi Arabia (RPRN) 02/02/11 — ON THE SPOT JOB INTERVIEWS WERE CONDUCTED TO HIRE TALENTED ENTHUSIASTIC YOUNG SAUDI GRADUATES

Saudi Readymix has participated in King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) annual career day for the 3^rd time. The event was held from January 3^rd till 5^th 2011 at the University Campus in Dhahran.

The “Career Day” is an ongoing initiative of KFUPM that is designed to help students better understand their future career options and meet leading Saudi companies.

Saudi Readymix’s participation at the event showcased its core business, highlighting the company values and operations as one of the leading companies in its field.

Commenting on the occasion, Human Resources and Administration Director, Mr. Hesham Khairallah said: "We are really proud of the efforts that KFUPM has put to make the Career Day an annual success, which contributes to the personal and career development of the young Saudi graduates. We are always keen on attracting more young talented Saudis to join our team. At the time being, Saudization in the company accounts for 18.3% of our total staff.”

“Our team that has attended the event consisted of representatives from different departments in the company and conducted on the spot interviews for available job vacancies in engineering, sales, finance and information technology.”

“We would like to thank KFUPM for giving us the opportunity to access their pool of talented students, and we are looking forward to our participation in next year’s Career Day”, he added.

Some of Saudi Readymix employees, who were KFUPM graduates, also attended the event to share their success stories with the students and enlighten them about the outstanding career progression opportunities that awaits them when they join Saudi Readymix.
