NEW YORK, NY (RPRN) 05/30/11 — Fresh faced Actress BREE MICHAEL WARNER is making a name for herself as a rookie no more, landing a supporting role alongside James Woods, Stephen Dorff, Stephen Lang and David Boreanaz in famed Producer Jeff Most’s upcoming drama OFFICER DOWN.
OFFICER DOWN, a gritty crime drama, exposes the dark underbelly of sex trafficking and the undercover units fighting to protect the innocent. The film's bevy of stars include James Woods, Stephen Dorff, Stephen Lang, David Boreanaz, Dominic Purcell, Walton Goggins, Tommy Flanagan and AnnaLynne McCord with Bree Michael Warner joining the cast as “Brogan”. Directed by Brian A. Miller, the film comes from the Producers of The Crow Franchise at Most Films and is scheduled for a 2012 release by Lionsgate.
Warner jumped at the opportunity to work with such a heavy hitting ensemble cast, commenting “Stephen Dorff pays incredibly visceral attention to every nuance of his character's journey down to the minutia, fearlessly exploring the darkest parts of the human psyche. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, before moving to Los Angeles then New York, Bree Michael Warner has carved out a career for herself across more than a few state lines, having worked continuously in TV, film and theater. A graduate of the University of Southern California, Warner has appeared in several acclaimed Independent projects, including David Hamilton's seductive drama, Touch which has garnered over 3 million views on YouTube. She has also guest starred on television in Without a Trace, CSI: Miami, King of Queens, Six Feet Under, along with a recurring role on Matthew Fox's series Haunted and stars in the forthcoming Independent feature film Humdinger opposite David Moscow (Big, Just Married). As a recent LA to New York Transplant, Warner continues to work all mediums including staged productions of Stringberg's hauntingly delicate Easter and the East Coast Premier of John Krisiukenas' Never Always. She is repped by The Judy Boals Agency and Jay Simmons.
