Gina Knowles Becomes Listing Agent at Nassau Rentals Agency

Nassau, Bahamas (RPRN) 08/17/11 — - The listing manager at Island Living Real Estate has become an estate agent.

Gina Knowles joined the Island Living team in September 2008 to manage the agency's listings, and recently she decided she wanted to venture into the real estate business, says Rachel Pinder, principle broker of the real estate agency that also manages Nassau rentals and other Bahamas rental properties.

Knowles' new title is that of listing agent.

"Gina is honest, cooperative, open-minded and perseveres in what she undertakes," says Pinder, who also is house rentals specialist. "After working in this field for the past three years, she decided it would benefit the company if she had a license. I have to agree."

It also was a great opportunity for Knowles to challenge herself to do something new.

"I'm looking forward to meeting new people and providing information that will benefit our sellers to make sure that I sell their property at the best listing price in the least amount of time," Knowles says.

Knowles was born and raised in Nassau, where she still lives today. She is married and has two sons. Her interests include boating, reading, swimming and traveling.

Besides helping sellers and buyers who are interested in purchasing real estate for sale, Island Living assists in locating and managing rental properties, Pinder said.
