Maui, HI (RPRN) 01/18/12 — After 3 years on the market - Maui mansion sells in 55 minutes
The stunning Maui estate sold successfully by absolute auction for 4.48 million
The January 17 auction in Maui was our 2nd auction in the last 6 months. Both auctions ended with happy sellers and new owners of luxury properties. Grand Estates Auction company has proved that its platform reaches buyers internationally and provides a quick and easy way for buyers and sellers to create a fair market sale in a defined period of time.
Grand Estates Auction Company fielded over 300 inquiries from across the globe, conducted 100 previews over a five day period with groups hailing from as far away as eastern Canada and south west Florida who came in expressly to view this beautiful property.
The final sale price was 4.48 million and was obtained within the hour. There was a total of 13 properly registered bidders who came in from as far away as Naples, Florida, Toronto, Ontario, Atlanta Georgia as well as California
This highly entertaining auction lasted approximately 50 minutes with the last bids being placed back and forth between two bidders who were mired in a exciting battle to determine the final sale price. Ultimately the winning bidder was from Atlanta, Georgia with the runner-up hailing from the mainland (that’s island speak).
From this point on, the sellers are able to obtain closure with this property after being listed for over 3 and a half years with local brokers to no but avail. But now, as a result of having enlisted the services of the professionals of Grand Estates Auction Company only 75 days ago, our sellers are on their way to the next phase of their lives.
As we say Aloha from Maui we can now proudly proclaim Happy Buyer, Happy Seller Happy Auction Company.
Next auction will take place in Scottsdale, AZ on February 7. See you there.
