DairyBits.co.uk expands appeal with the addition of Proforma payment options

Leicestershire, UK (RPRN) 08/15/12 — DairyBits, which provides easy access to a wide range of cost-effective machinery replacement parts for a variety of dairy machines, has enhanced the features, and subsequently the customer experience on its site, www.dairybits.co.uk, by introducing the ability to purchase parts for ice cream equipment via Proforma invoice.

When the site first launched, manufacturers were obliged to pay for their order by credit or debit card but, the new introduction will make the process much more convenient and suitable for effective use in a business to business capacity.

The Proforma invoice, which is sent by email following the order but is also downloadable directly from the website, is valid for seven days and, providing it is settled within that time period the order will be progressed and shipped immediately with DairyBits’ usual urgency.

Mark Gudgeon, managing director of DairyBits, commented: “Some of our clients still opt to pay for their replacement parts by credit or debit card but we wanted to extend our services to cater for the larger market and Proforma invoicing and BACs payment is often the preferred method in a B2B environment.

“In the majority of circumstances, this additional method of payment makes the lives of our clients much more convenient in terms of keeping tracks of accounts and company transactions. The new option has been received well and has already attracted more traffic and subsequently orders to be processed via the site.”

DairyBits.co.uk allows manufacturers to search and buy 1,000’s of OEM and replica parts such as stainless steel and hygienic fittings, machine blades and mechanical seals, many of which it continually has in stock. Parts can be located in various categories and sub-categories including electrical, mechanical and liquid and also the specific part required.
