Fred Dahr, a Houston-based criminal defense lawyer, has recently been selected as a 2014 member of The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Trial Lawyers.
The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 extends membership to the most qualified attorneys from each state who demonstrate “superior qualifications of leadership, reputation, influence, stature and public profile.” Current board members include prominent defense lawyers Mark Geragos, Roy Black, and Mark O’Mara.
About Fred Dahr
Fred Dahr is a criminal defense attorney who practices in Harris County and throughout the state of Texas. A graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and the University of California at Los Angeles, Dahr is in his tenth year of providing criminal defense representation.
In the last few years, he won jury trial acquittals in several cases including aggravated assault by deadly weapon, sexual assault, DWI, and domestic violence charges. Other recent successes include winning probated sentences on aggravated robbery and large theft charges as well as dismissals on felony computer crime charges.
Dahr is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Houston Bar Association, and the State Bar of Texas.
