Brantford- Ontario(rushprnews)05/11/2006- Internationally acclaimed pianist and entertainer Paul Tobey is asking his fans to choose the songs they want to hear him perform at the Montreal International Jazz Festival on Saturday, July 8^th as part of the Piano Solo Bon Pasteur Series.

For simply requesting a favorite song each entry could win concert tickets, 2 night’s accommodations during the wildly popular jazz festival and other valuable prizes. The prize package is sponsored by Tourism Montreal and le Festival International de Jazz de Montreal.

“It’s like a designer piano show, created by the audience” says Tobey. Piano fans simply go to his website www.paultobey.com and enter their song request. “It really helps me because audiences tell me what they want and that makes my job a whole lot easier,” says Tobey. “I’m really excited about this concert because I get to deliver exactly they want!” “That should make me a pretty popular fellow,” says a grinning Tobey.

 Tobey’s most popular download is a new arrangement he recorded of Frank Mills’ Music Box Dancer. “It’s a good sign that there is still a huge demand for piano classics,” notes Tobey. “But, I like to add my own jazz spin which makes it fresh and exciting.”
