RushPRnews submission checklist and reminders.  All submissions MUST meet these criteria.

  • Before you submit an article or press release please be advised we do not accept any profanity, pornography, gaming content or direct advertising. RushPRnews has the right to refuse a release if it does not adhere to our stipulated guidelines.
  • Take a look at the format of previously posted releases to get an idea of how they should be submitted
  • When you are logged in, go to Your Dashboard, click on Write Post and cut and paste your release following the formatting below and seen on previous releases.
  • THE TITLE MUST BE SHORT –CATCHY AND UNIQUE TO THIS POSTING. In other words, if you have published this release elsewhere, give it a new title.
  • Each release should have – CITY, STATE (RUSHPRNEWS) and TODAY’S DATE – begin text.
  • ALL NEWS ITEMS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 200 WORDS
  • INCLUDE YOUR CONTACT INFO AT THE BOTTOM of your  release.
  • PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE MORE THAN 4 CATEGORIES for your post to ensure proper searchability
  • SAVE. Don’t forget to SAVE your post, then Submit for Review.
  • Once your payment and release has been received it will be reviewed by one of our experts within 24 hours –depending on when you posted your release.
  • ON THE WEEKEND, APPROVAL WILL TAKE up to 48 HOURS. Please note that we are closed on Sunday . Once it has been approved, it will be published.
