Responsibility
RushPRnews.com is responsible for distributing the press release within the agreed upon release date and to the agreed media list. Clients of RushPRnews.com are solely responsible for the opinions, facts and accuracy of all information submitted by clients for transmission; RushPRnews.com is not responsible for the grammatical errors in any distributed press releases unless contracted to correct and spell-check the material. The only responsibility of RushPRnews.com shall be to use reasonable efforts to correct any errors of fact; timing or omission brought to its attention.

Results
RushPRnews.com does not have control over the media interest for client's press release and cannot be held responsible for the outcome of the campaign or the press clipping results. RushPRnews guarantees that its media base is up-to-date and that it is reviewed quarterly.

Cancellations
If clients cancel a press release distribution order before it is sent out, client will be given credit for a subsequent release. If pre-payment is returned or canceled, services will be suspended immediately and legal actions will be taken to recuperate funds for any services already rendered prior to cancellation.

Rights
RushPRnews.com reserves the right to reject copy when judged necessary. RushPRnews.com reserves its right to cancel any accounts at any time without warning if judged necessary.
