LOS ANGELES (RushPRnews) 03/18/09-Months after surviving a plane crash that claimed the lives of four people, DJ AM has reportedly filed a $20 million lawsuit against the people responsible.
According to TMZ, AM is looking for a minimum of $20 million — $10 million for medical bills, lost earnings and profits, and other economic damages and $10 million for mental and physical pain and suffering. Last month, the owner and operator of the plane, Inter Travel & Services and Global Exec, filed a $12 million lawsuit against the airport, tire company, and the people behind the design of the jet.
The other survivor of the horrific plane crash, Travis Barker, filed a lawsuit against Global Exec back in September of last year, seeking $25,000 in damages.
Despite the lawsuits, an official explanation for the cause of the plane crash had yet to be announced.
