Washington, DC (rushprnews) April 2, 2007- The US Senator Hillary Clinton, who is on the way to win the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination, has already raised USD 26 M for her campaign.
The funds were given from 50,000 contributors from all 50states.
About 80% of the donations are set at no more than USD 100, spokespeople of the senator announced.
She has USD 10 M more left from her campaign for the Senate elections.
It was not specified how much money Hillary Clinton has already spent in the three months from the beginning of the year.
The wife of the Ex-US President Bill Clinton is considered the most probable candidate-president of the Democratic Party. Her main rivals are Senator Barack Obama and John Edwards.
