NEW YORK, Jan. 2, 2008 (RUSHPRNEWS) — JetBlue Airways Corporation (Nasdaq:JBLU) kicks off 2008 with a special 10-day New Year’s Resolutions Sale for travel this January and February.Â Low fares are available to many of JetBlue’s most popular destinations, making New Year’s resolutions to find more fun, more adventure, more romance and more laughter that much more affordable. Beginning Jan. 10, customers can fly the low-fare airline’s new nonstop service from Burlington, VT or Portland, ME to Orlando, FL; or between Charlotte or Raleigh/Durham, N.C. and Fort Lauderdale for $69 (a). Flights must be booked online at www.jetblue.com by January 11, 2008.

Fares as low as $139 (a) are available between Boston or New York/JFK and the Bay Area, including: Oakland, San Francisco or San Jose. Ninety-nine dollar fares (a) are also available between Boston and Nassau, The Bahamas; and between New York/JFK and Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic (service begins Jan. 10) or St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles (service begins Jan. 17).

Sale fares must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. MST on Friday, January 11, 2008 and require up to a 7-day advance purchase. All travel must be completed by February 13, 2008, with the exception of travel to/from Florida (except Long Beach to Fort Lauderdale), North Carolina and Virginia, which must be completed by February 28, 2008. Travel outside the continental U.S. must take place Monday-Wednesday for southbound travel and Tuesday-Thursday for northbound travel. All other travel must take place on Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Saturday. Blackout dates and other restrictions apply (a). Fares are only available for flights booked at jetblue.com. Travel costs $10 more per person if purchased by telephone or at an airport or city ticket office. Fares require up to a 7-day advance purchase. Travel must be booked by January 11, 2008, 11:59 PM MT. Florida (except Long Beach – Fort Lauderdale), North Carolina, and Virginia travel must be completed by February 28, 2008. All other travel must be completed by February 13, 2008. Blackout dates for Florida (except Long Beach – Fort Lauderdale), North Carolina, and Virginia travel are January 18 and February 12-19 for southbound travel and January 21 and February 17-28 for northbound travel. Blackout dates for Salt Lake City travel are January 17-27. Travel outside the continental U.S. must take place Monday-Wednesday for southbound travel and Tuesday-Thursday for northbound travel.
