KANGAROO MEDIA INC. RELEASES FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2007

Revenues of $10.5 million in comparison with $3.0 million in Q1 2006, an increase of 247% -Net earnings of $831,000 in comparison with a net loss of 109,000$ in Q1 2006 -Working capital of $16.2 million at the end of Q1 2007

MONTREAL,QC,(rushprnews) May 13, 2007 – Kangaroo Media Inc. announced today results for its first quarter of 2007.

For the quarter ending March 31, 2007, revenues stood at $10.5 million and the company’s net earnings totaled $831,000 ($0.03 per share), as compared to revenues of $3.0 million and a net loss of $109,000 ($0.01 per share) in Q1 2006. Revenues in Q1 2007 are derived from the delivery of KTV units to Sprint Nextel. At March 31, 2007, the company’s working capital is $16.2 million.

“The first quarter was marked by the retail launch of the FanView by Sprint Nextel. The results represent the delivery of our backlog to NASCAR. With respect to the complaint from Immersion Entertainment, a response will be filed by Kangaroo by the end of May 2007. The Company intends to vigorously defend itself on this matter.
