Oscarâ€™s Nominated Shorts to Play in L.A.
Beverly Hills, CA (RUSHPNEWS) January 28, 2008 â€”To kick off OscarÂ® Week, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences will present â€œShorts!,â€ a program featuring the 2007 Academy AwardÂ®-nominated films in the Animated and Live Action Short Film categories, on Tuesday, February 19, at 7 p.m. at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills.
The program will feature onstage discussions with the nominated filmmakers (subject to availability).

Academy Awards for outstanding film achievements of 2007 will be presented on Sunday, February 24, 2008, at the Kodak Theatre at Hollywood & Highland CenterÂ®, and televised live by the ABC Television Network beginning at 5 p.m. PT. The Oscar presentation also will be televised live in more than 200 countries worldwide.
