Saltflow, Inc., a Dubai, United Arab Emirates-based group, announced that Executive Chairman Arif Ayub will meet with regulators in Moscow next week to receive first-hand recommendations on the planned expansion of critical data-centric Internet applications into Russia.
The group’s technology subsidiary is hiring a large number of specialists in Moscow and other cities to create a formidable technology presence in Russia. “We have a lot of experience in running consumer data-sensitive applications in China, but Russia is an entirely different place. We must talk to the regulators directly to find a common ground on a number of issues,” said Arif Ayub. “We are positioned to build a number of strong businesses on the Internet. Our practice is to enter into discussions with all parties that may have an impact on the outcome.”
Ayub leads the technology and retail operations of The Saltflow Group. Other group domains, including trade and construction, are fully run by other management.
