Exposes Foreclosure King Dave Trott’s Greedy Track Record
—Freedom’s Defense Fund (FDF) executed a heavy cable ad buy in Michigan’s 11th Congressional District in order to expose Foreclosure King Dave Trott’s track record as a foreclosure attorney. Trott gained notoriety in 2012 for evicting 101-year-old Texana Hollis from her home late at night, leaving her wheelchair-bound on the street, without food, water or her life-saving medication.

“It is no secret that Dave Trott puts his own financial interests over the well-being of the people of Michigan,” said Todd Zirkle, Chairman of Freedom’s Defense Fund. “We believe Trott’s actions call into question his character and his ability to keep the needs of Michigan’s underserved in mind. He’s got a miserable track record thus far.”
The ad is scheduled to run on a saturated schedule over 10 days on cable news networks in Michigan’s 11th Congressional District.
“Keeping greedy politicians like Dave Trott out of public office is crucial in upholding the values of the state of Michigan and our nation,” explained Zirkle. “To make sure Michigan has the right leaders in place, we plan to extend this buy as resources and donations allow.”
