Harvey Goodman Realtor offering Property Management to West Virginia.
Emily Shortall, granddaughter of the founder to lead the venture.
The property management division will work with property owners to maximize their real estate investment return by creating a unique portfolio strategy and matching each property with the kind of tenants that they are looking for.
As with all of the services offered by Harvey Goodman Realtor Builders, the focus will be on providing an outstanding experience, but the property management division will have the added focus of providing good housing for good neighbors.
Emily Shortall, the granddaughter of founder Harvey Goodman, will be heading the new venture and says that the Ohio Valley is ready for a service it never knew it needed.
“Having investment property is a wonderful idea, but often times, our clients tell us that the headaches don’t justify the rewards. However, after working with us, they are able to finally begin seeing their portfolio as something positive because we’re able to mitigate a lot of the potentially negative situations that folks new to property ownership simply don’t know how to navigate. A lot of what we want to do is to educate not only property owners but also potential tenants on what makes a good renting situation, things to look for, and to create a better experience for both sides by carefully selecting owners and tenants that are a good match.”
Other Services will also include:
- Lease Preparation
- Handling Repairs
- Rent Collection
- Eviction Filing
- Facilitating Construction and Facility Upgrades
