HOLLYWOOD, CA (RushPRnews) 2/09/2009 - When imaging the Grammys gift bag, think of the “wife sack” that Sasha Cohen threw over Pamela Anderson in Borat. It’s big. In a separate feature we peeked into the 51st Grammy Awards gift bags to find the latest fashion and beauty care accessories. Let’s now take a look at some gifts you might not expect: Xbox 360 Rock Band 2, Gunnar computer glasses, Gibson guitars, Suehiro Sake, Universal Botanicals, H20 water and Waste Management recycling. And, Christopher Michael Chocolates were provided to all the Grammy performers to nibble on before the show.

The Microsoft Xbox 360 features Harmonix Rock Band 2. Pick your instrument, guitar, bass, or drums, Gibson Guitarand with the microphone you can be lead singer. If you’ve never played an instrument you’ll be surprised how easy this makes it seem. It’s karaoke for instruments. On a TV screen a “road” of notes flows toward you that you “shoot” by hitting the right note on the instrument. You can have up to four friends join you to play in the band. New songs are added daily. Xbox 360 also offers the singing party game Lips.

Gunnar Optiks presents shades for watching your computer screen. Although no as bright as the sun, looking into the bright screen of a monitor can be tiring. The lenses are designed to help eye muscle relax and prevent dry tired eyes. The frames are fashion forward and can accommodate your prescription in the lenses.

Gibson guitars presents an electric guitar autographed for charity by Taylor Swift and other stars. The money will go to help children effected by Katrina get instruments and get back into music. Gibson’s self-tuning guitar allows you to change key on the fly. A digital read-out on the knob says the key. Micro-motors adjust the strings automatically.

Suehiro Sake presented Daiginjo sake, a sake with a delicate taste brewed in limited quantities. It has the aroma of ripe fruit. Daiginjo Ken has the aroma of melons, pears and peaches. It’s crisp and elegant. Poochi Poochi is a light smooth sake with fine bubbles, like champagne. It’s a low alcohol, low malt, Japanese sake. Available only at fine Japanese restaurants. Not available for sale in the United States, yet.
