Advanced Pain Care Appoints New CEO

AUSTIN, TX (rushPRnews) 06/25/13 — Rob T. Hardy joins Advanced Pain Care as the Chief Executive Officer effective Monday, June 17.

Rob Hardy, who is Board certified by the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American College of Medical Practice Executives, has an appreciation for the provider and clinical side of healthcare from his many years in healthcare administration. After his mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2008, Hardy was also able to gain an understanding of the healthcare continuum from the most important piece, which is the patient perspective.

34 years – the most recent 10 in Williamson County - and most recently served as an interim Administrator at a small critical access hospital on the Texas Gulf Coast. He holds degrees in Health Education and Healthcare Administration from The University of Texas Austin, and Texas State University in San Marcos. He and his wife, Carol, have been married for 26 years and they have 2 daughters.
